We built our reputation on quality and performance products and we stand behind it. If you experience a defect or lack of compliance in the Smith product you purchased, Polaroid UK Limited warrants your sunglasses, goggles and helmets in accordance with all applicable laws, including laws on consumer warranties regarding the conformity of the products with the contract of sale as provided for by Directive 99/44/EC and the corresponding and applicable national enacting provisions or other mandatory provisions of applicable national laws. The warranty is generally applicable for defects/lack of conformity arising within a period of two years from delivery. For further information on your rights please see art. 11 of our General Terms and Conditions of Sale and/or contact our customer care service.

Please send us your communication together with (i) the description of the claimed defect of the Smith product (photographs of the product/s will be very useful to identify the defect) and (ii) your contact information (address, email, etc).
