Whole Earth Provision is Smith Optics August Shop of the Month
The July Shop of the Month goes out to Wade Windom’s Whole Earth Provision out of Texas. WEP has become a great retail outlet for Smith Sunglasses over the past few months and Wade’s hard work and attention to detail there is making the difference.
For their efforts they were rewarded with a large grip of Smith goods, a discount off of their next reorder and this amazing trophy cooked up by local Idaho shred, Nate Galpin:

• WEP’s NEW buyer has been won over and is committed to SMITH
• Wade re-merchandised all stores with new spring-summer POP
• They had a clinic for the staff at all locations, gave away SMITH tees and stickers
• Smith offered a WEP shop appreciation sales contest where employees who sold five pair of Smith shades got a pair for themselves free. Employees who sold from one to four pair got a Smith Tee.
• The WEP buyer offered the first three employees to score in the top 10 on 3point5.com a pair of shades. 2 employees made it on to the top 10 in the first 3 days.
• And most importantly…WEP had a $15,000 fill in for JUNE. Up from the typical JUNE fill which ran around $6,000
This is a great effort and exactly the kind of attention and focus from a shop which has over the past few months become a great Smith loyal account. Thanks to Jesse and the entire crew over there for their exemplary work as well as our rep Wade Windom who has stroked this account into shape.
