Replacement lenses solved all my issues

"I struggled all winter with the Mag 4D ChromaPop Rose Gold Mirror Lens. I always had a reflection of the white goggle frame in my field of view and the lens seemed grainy. I finally decided to warranty it and indeed it was an issue with the antifog layer ? Smith service was easy and fast and the replacement lenses are flawless and provide great vision. Really Small

"Bought for my 11yr old. I wasn't sure which version I had purchased, the L or S. Receipt said S on it, so bought the S, figuring the L would be for adults. The S is TIIIINY. We managed to get a return and purchase the regular size. But they are small too. Fit my wife and my 11 yr old, not sure what an adult male would get. A bit disappointing because the MAG system is awesome. Just wish they had a larger version."

Love the 4DMag S for perfect fit on medium face

"I have the 4D Mag which I love for the increased view and crisp clarity of the lenses, however they slide down on my face when on bumpier runs. I feel like I have a normal medium size face. Recently, I purchased the 4D Mag S and they are the perfect goggles in my opinion. Just slightly smaller, maybe 5-10%, but still look right on my face and with my Smith helmet. The Magnet lens swap is very nice and simplifies the swap process. I purchased the photo chromatic lens for these as they are perfect for all but the very bright days"

Lenses fine, customer service questionable

"I have only used the sunnier lens so far and it’s really really good at cutting glare for super sunny days and the 4d mag has great peripheral vision capabilities so I’m happy. Not happy with how I had to chat with someone and repeat myself over and over and pay twice for shipping. Lenses replacements should be able to be shipped together and you should be clear about what it is that is included/ not included in the warranty process. This experience makes me question whether I would buy from smith in the future even though the product is great. Customer service is so important t to your experience with a brand."

Scratched

"The goggles I ordered had scratches on them and what looked like manufacturing defects when I took off the protective film. It is irritating to think I have to pay $10 dollars to return the lenses that they sent in bad condition. I get nothing in return, there’s no way I can exchange them for a new pair, but instead I have to pay $10 to ship them back. Not happy."

Great goggles but many lens failures

"Unfortunately, I have had several lens failures of the storm flash rose lens for the 4D Mag S. The goggles are great otherwise. Fit my face and helmet well and are very comfortable. Smith has been good at warrantying faulty lenses, but each one costs me 25$ to ship. I'm now out 100$ in shipping costs. I have had no failures of the rose gold everyday lens."
