I'm always between a L and XL. Glad I sized up. I'm 6'3" with the same wingspan and skinny. Some XL long sleeve shirts are way too baggy and loose. This fits just right. Bonus on the material being thicker than I was expecting.

Overall a great sweatshirt. Sizing runs a bit small, so if you’re in between sizes go up. Fabric is incredibly comfortable… thick and soft feel. After a couple of washes, it still holds its shape with no pilling. SMITH nailed it with this material. Very happy with the purchase and would recommend this item.
