Great helmet. Excellent fit with BOA mechanism. Warm and comfortable. Works great with my Glade goggles.

Purchased the Mattel Fennel and the color is outstanding! Its a subtle matte greyish/yellow. Way less yellow than advertized. If you're reading this review while its still on sale, snag one! This is my 4th engage helmet and IMHO it's Smith's best MTB helmet for most of us that ride. Fit is spot on, super comfy and has great air flow. I've also had a few Forefront models and while I dig it, let the true enduro bros have that one. It's overkill for my preferred trails and doesnt breath as well as the engage.

I have smith signal helmet which I really like, I did have the convay helmet but it was old from a lot of years, I saw this engage and was impressed with the color and design of this one, I bought it and very happy with the quality and design of the helmet, once in a while I like to have a visor to keep the sun out, but the feeling of this helmet is now my go to one

If the earth tones don't get you the quality, features and fit will. After 45 yrs of mountain biking this is the best helmet I've ever owned. I started when I was 30. I ride in all 4 seasons and during the colder months I wear something to keep my skull warm. My size falls at the limit of a M, so a L fits great while allowing for a stocking cap or whatever.

This is my third Smith helmet. I’ve got this one after my other one broke and they warranted it My other helmet was the same model, it had an issue with the vapor lock tightening system. I emailed Smith and they help me get a new helmet cause the other one was defective Helmet is a Smith convoy. I upgraded to an engage has that helmet for a few years it was just time for a new one nothing wrong

This is my first new ski helmet in at least five years. The Smith Vantage 2 MIPS is absolutely fantastic. It looks great and is super comfortable with so much padding. The venting system is also awesome and is super easy, and looks really cool. It's a steep price, but I definetely seeing myself having this helmet for the foreseeable future.

Finally, I have found a helmet with a comfortable liner/suspension system that truly fits my head. The helmet stays securely in place while I ride over bumps and drops. The visor is perhaps not as shielding as it could be, but a good pair of sunglasses makes up for it. Of the many helmets I have owned, the Engage Mips® is the most satisfactory. Excellent.

I was in quite a hard crash 2 weeks ago, and this helmet saved me. My head is perfectly fine despite hitting it pretty hard- zero concussion symptoms, not even a slight headache! Would've been in the hospital without it. It's dented, but didn't even crack, which I found impressive. Just ordered a new one- thank you Smith!

This helmet is super comfortable and feels like it provides solid protection. The orange color is easy to spot but not too bright.

This helmet is light and comfortable. I’ve been cycling for about twelve years and this is the first time I’m trying Smith. It is the lightest helmet I’ve ever worn. I love the adjustable points just below the ear. I think the price point is just right for the safety features.

I love this helmet. The colors are amazing. The fit is perfect. It's super cozy. My one "nit" is that the roller wheel to tighten and loosen the fit is VERY difficult to turn. I like to loosen my helmet to take it off, then tighten it to the perfect fit before I start my ride. The nob is just difficult to turn. Otherwise, my favorite helmet.

Had some trouble finding a helmet that didn’t give me pressure points- this one has been the best for my head!! No pressure points, love the colors, so it fits and looks and great!

I just replaced my old helmet with the Smith Persist this spring. I crashed on pavement and cracked the helmet, but I am ok. The advanced helmet technology really worked! Thank you, Smith! I love the style and comfort of this helmet, so I ordered the exact same one as a replacement.
