Glasses are great. . customer service is a joke. .

"Left arm broke clean off. I asked them for a replacement arm (not a new pair of glasses) and they basically told me "Sorry bud, that's a you problem, here's a coupon for your next pair. " I don't need another pair, I need a replacement arm!! Glasses are great, just don't go crying to Smith when they break, cuz all you're getting is a coupon."

Really Great!!. . . until they broke. . .

"Awesome glasses, wore them almost everyday till the arm broke off. . . now they're a paper weight on my dresser because Smith denied my claim to fix them. All I needed was a replacement arm and they won't even send me that. . so yeah, great customer service for a $200 pair of glasses. If you think that warranty is gonna save you when they break, think again. I hope you're ok with a 40% off coupon for another pair, because that's all your getting."

main character vibes

"Love these sunglasses! The coverage, shape and style is just what I've been looking for. My only regret is that the lenses aren't interchangeable, but as far as I'm concerned they still deserve 5 stars because they are just that great."

Fail When You Need Them

"If you're an aggressive mountain biker do not purchase these. The fit and lens are fantastic. . . but they slip down on bigger hits. Yes the nose piece is "adjustable" but still does not fix the issue. Smith, please refine. These could be great sunglasses!"

Really like it. . but. .

"This is a great pair of glasses. The view through the green lens is excellent and the looks are a killer. The only minor issue I have is that the glasses don’t stay on my Smith helmet when I’m not wearing them. They slip off the helmet."

Really great till they broke

"Loved these sunnies, used them exclusively for road biking and couldn’t have been happier. Then, after about 5 months of “put them on once I’m wearing my helmet, take them off when I finish my ride and put the in the case” the right side arm failed right at the joint from a light / moderate snag on a helmet strap. Contacted warranty and they not only wouldn’t offer to repair, but wouldn’t even take me up on my offer to pay them for a replacement arm. They offered me a 40% off coupon which is nice except these are like $200 and perfectly fine except for one 1/16” piece of plastic that’s bent, so it sucks to pay $100+ to replace them."

felix L. (5/5)

"Perfect for riding on cloudy days"

Dave (5/5)

Poor design elements.

"I really wanted to like these. If you do not have a large face/wide nose bridge, these are simply un-wearable. Significant horizontal and vertrical slop due to the fixed nose piece. If I wore these whilst biking, they'd fall off. The sides of the nose bridge piece do not contact the sides of my nose. The glasses slide down my face if I sweat. Having lesnses that are not interchangeable is unfortunate."
