Good product but terrible website & customer service

The lens fits the goggles but I haven't used it yet. I believe it will work great on those cloudy, flat light afternoons you get skiing up in Vermont. My problem was with the website and trying to find the correct lens. No where on my goggles does it tell you what the model number of the goggles are. So I had to guess which model I had purchased a couple of years ago. That made it difficult trying to determine which replacement lens to purchase. Therefore I went by the picture of the lens and what one matched up to my current lens. Based on the picture on the website I purchased a lens that would fit my goggles and since I was going skiing in a few days I paid the $20 for FedEx next day shipment. Well when the lens arrived it was not the one which fit my goggles and wasn't close to the one in the picture on the website. When I called I was told I shouldn't rely on the picture on their website. Their picture was wrong but it was my fault??? Keep in mind the picture on the receipt which was emailed to me showed the model I had thought I was buying too. So not only did I not get the lens in time for my ski trip but I was out the cost of the FedEx shipping and the cost of shipping the lens back to Smith for an exchange. So basically I spent an additional $25 to get a lens that fit. But I was told it was my fault that their picture on their website and on their receipt was wrong. Talk about terrible customer service!!!
