OTW Asia Fit

Just used these on a night shoot using pvs14 and it was perfect. No distortion eye cup was flush and did not fog up. Great fit on a team Wendy exfil.

I ordered 7 pairs of these for my team. Everyone really likes the goggles. Haven't used them much yet but initial impressions were great.



A minor issue... the foam liner (part that touches your face) was slightly damaged on one pair of the goggles. This was a very minor imperfection and doesn't affect the performance of the goggles.

the rubber connection that keeps the strap connected to the goggle is is a severe weak point. after several weeks in the desert the connector became brittle and cracked coming loose in the midst of a dust storm it ended up causing a catastrophic malfunction. The special amber optics ended up scratched and I had to use zip ties to make re attachments that were continually ripping through the band and frame. I had purchased from Smith as they are considered the best, but in this case something went very wrong and I was left with performance gear that didn't perform. I will have to see what the future holds as the retailer told me they couldn't help without the receipt, which also didn't survive the trip.

Until then they had performed excellently and perhaps I just got a defective pair.

Hi, We bought on a "retailer" 10 first order +15 second order OTW glasses two month ago, and we used it last week for first time on deployment exercises. 12 of 15 broke at the same location and the other 3 have the same degenerate appearance on this part. The other 10 still on their sealed cover state waiting for test.

We could show everybody, these are a defective product sold from you, and in this sense we are demanding support about it.

We bought this model, thinking will be the very best on its class.

We assume could be a manufacturing defect and we would like still using the glasses, but both the retailer and you are playing to "return the ball each other".

Could you give us feedback about the solution??
