Lyman Currier

Pipe/Slopestyle

Although a legit all around freestyle talent on rails and jumps, halfpipe is where 22-year-old Lyman Currier has made his mark. The 2016 competition season confirmed his return to form following an ACL tear suffered during the 2014 Sochi Olympic Games. In spite of the injury, no one could deny the synchronicity of Currier making his Olympic debut at age 19, the same age his father competed in Alpine skiing at the 1972 Sapporo Winter Olympics.

The Boulder, Colorado based Currier is a force on and off snow, with the best Instagram handle in the game, @urmotherlovesme, and an oversized personality to match his enormous halfpipe airs. Three consecutive top-ten finishes in X Games Aspen prove his consistency and second place at the SFR Freestyle in Tignes, France confirm that Currier will be among the skiers to watch leading into the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics.
