"Smith shipped me goggles that were a completely different color combination than what I ordered, and they were clearly used. The strap has a brown stain and one of the lenses has a significant scratch. I sent pictures documenting these issues right after delivery to Smith’s help center and got zero response! Beware of sale items

"Very poor service. I bought these on sale and the strap broke when I went to put them on my helmet. I didn't even get to use them once. Then when I tried to return I couldn't because they were a sale item. I had to go through the warranty and fight to get the cost covered for a new pair and had to pay for shipping. . . . I got a defective item and had to go through all this and pay extra to get a new item that I can actually use. Just a warning."

Nice goggles

"I like the way these fit my face and integrate with my Pret helmet. The size is perfect for smaller or narrower faces. The lenses are also of high quality. After skiing three days in partly cloudy conditions, the everyday lenses worked great. I haven't tried the lighter ones yet, but am glad Smith included them for overcast and stormy days."
