"Be careful with these lens. After wearing the goggles for the 3rd time in cold with these lens (10 degrees F, 0F Windshield) lens froze from the inside then cracked. Smiths won't even cover this under warranty! I had them only for 2 weeks. Bad quality and the worst customer service."

"Ordered a replacement lenses and Smith accidentally shipped the wrong lense. Customer service on the phone was super helpful and immediately corrected the issue and got me what I needed. Simple mistake but nice to know they backed their product with helpful customer service to correct it. Makes me want to be a repeat customer knowing how helpful they were"

Please with the options

"I bought the 2nd highest visibility option here and there isn’t a large amount of distinction between them and my dark lenses - yet it is enough to always switch them out halfway through the snow day so that I can see better definition/bumps in the snow when evening comes around. 4 stars because they’re expensive and could have better visibility in contrast to the darker ones… but I am pleased nonetheless."

"Outstanding customer service. I purchased a storm Proxy lens and the rubber gasket was incorrectly positioned on the lens. Called customer service, sent pictures, and a new lens was on its way in :15. Could not be happier with how this was handled. Top notch and on par with LL Bean for customer satisfaction."
