Shocked but not surprised

"Purchased the helmet no more than two years ago. Within the year the helmet liner stared to go to the point of failure not long ago. Not being able to find replacement liners at my local shop, I take the plunge and buy two liners due to the high shipping cost. I received the package and the one thing missing, most likely the most common failure point of a helmet liner, are the sticky velcro tabs to secure them to the mips liner. Wow! Complet was of money. Complete disapointment."
