"Good helmet. . but lost my Vapor fit snow dial adjustment for my smith level helmet. I have been trying to contact support. . they are very busy with high volume. ."

Not a MIPS helmet.

"Careful when buying this helmet. The pictures show a helmet with a MIPS stick on it, but this is not a MIPS helmet. There is a MIPS version that costs a bit more. I reached out to Smith after making this purchasing mistake and haven't heard back."

Worth it

"I love the adjustable vents that can be opened in warmer weather. Last time I bought Large but this time I'm going to get M-L or Medium. The brim on the front does make it tricky to rest your goggles on the front of the helmet. I just had a violent exchange with the snow and I lost. The helmet broke into many pieces and took most of the impact. I did not end up with a concussion or even a headache. I hate to think what would have happened with a cheap helmet. Without a helmet, I doubt I'd be writing this. Treat yourself to a good helmet like this!"

Great MIPS helmet

"Great protection. Great comfort. Great ventilation. The brim could be a little bigger so it holds hoods better and the liner on the inside is velcro and loses its stick after about 100 days. So pretty damn good! Love this helmet"

Best Helmet

"Smith is a great company and I would definitely encourage you to buy this helmet. i snowboard about 30 days a year and do not use these things lightly haha. This is my second of these helmets in a row thanks to Smith replacing my first one after i managed to crack it learning a new trick on a low visibility day…Now that is amazing customer service in my view! My favorite part of this helmet besides the solid protection it offers my most important body part (well second to the heart haha) is the ability to put in wireless in-ear audio speakers. You hear the sound wonderfully and its really easy to tap the earmuff to change songs etc. Calls come through clearly and nothing comes unzipped. I highly recommend this helmet !"

Made for those of us with long heads

"This helmet fits great, and is really functional. I tried this helmet on in comparison to the Smith Vantage of the same size, and this helmet is designed for people with longer head shapes. The only downside is that if there is any wind or you have decent speed, it sounds like there are banshees chasing after you. The sounds seems to be coming from the ear covers, so could be some options for fixing it. Very comfortable and packs well for tours, just wouldn't get it if you're into ripping groomers at high speeds."

Great helmet. Cool features. Love

"Great helmet. Cool features. Love the magnetic strap. Unfortunately, it doesn’t fit like other Smith helmets. I ordered a medium, like I usually do and it is too small. Tried on a large at a store and it is too big. I bought this one on sale but by the time I got it, the next size up was gone. Idk why the sizes aren’t the same across helmet designs. The fit is the most important part. Too tight and uncomfortable"
