Smith Optics Accessories

Do Smith Optics accessories work with helmets and goggles from other brands?

Not always, since compatibility depends on the specific accessory and model. Many Smith Optics accessories, like helmet liners and mounts, are built to fit specific Smith Optics models, so they're not guaranteed to work with other brands' gear.

How do I clean my Smith Optics gear?

To clean Smith Optics lenses and frames, use the Smith Optics Cleaning Kit. For other gear like helmets, use a soft cloth or sponge with mild soap and water, and avoid harsh cleaners or solvents that can damage coatings and materials. Removable pads and liners can be hand-washed separately and laid flat to dry rather than tossed in a machine.

Can I replace just the pads or liner instead of buying new gear?

Yes, you can replace just the pads or liner without buying a whole new helmet. If your pads or liner are wearing thin, swapping them out is a simple way to extend the life of Smith Optics gear you already own and trust.
