Wanted to try the Chromopop lense and they are great! The clarity and colors are exceptional. They are definitely a game changer and really helped my vision problems.

I have two dozen Smith sunglasses. If ever I order from another company, I'm always disappointed with the lenses. The lenses on these are great (went with glass). The frame on these, at first, might seem a little weak given the thickness, but they actually feel pretty sturdy. They fit great. One issue I have with Smith in general is that they don't have many options that fit well on larger heads/faces.

I got the riptide with the glass lenses. They are much lighter than I was thinking they'd be, after reading some reviews. I got the matte Crystal frames. Love the whole package. They look awesome and are awesome to look through.

The Ripfide sunglasses are one of my “go-tos”. They are incredibly light, making them comfortable to wear during long days on the water.

Great glasses, are perfect for everyday life and amazingly clear for those bright cloudy days.

I got these with the green mirror glass lenses, and I really enjoy them. The world looks great through them, lots of contrast, not real dark and vision through them seems "crisp" (for lack of a better word) compared to my old ray bans with carbon-based lenes. These will warm up colors with a nice amber hue. I have a slightly small face and small head, and these work pretty good for me. They are a wee bit big, but they won't fall off and don't look silly. The size actually enhances the coverage for me personally, with the subtle wrap, I get less glare from the sides. The medium size frame they label them I think is accurate. The little rubber bits on the nose and temples are a great touch to keep them secure, love that.

Nice Glasses. They are a warranty replacement for another pair I had previously, would have been nice if the total cost was covered but not the end of the world

My first pair of Riptides is getting worn out, one arm is slightly bent being held together by some packing tape. Decided to splurge on a second pair in case my OG's happen to break. My older pair feels more sturdy/well made but I still love the classic style that rings true still in my new pair. My only gripe is that I wish the arms were a bit more sturdy but heck I still love them!

Bought a pair of riptides for a fishing trip. I have always used costa Del Mar but was frustrated paying 30 dollars for nose pads. The riptides are light weight and do an excellent job helping you spot fish. After 4 hours on the water I did feel some fatigue behind my ear but a readjustment fixed the issue. I wear these daily while my costas collect dust.

The Riptide glasses are high quality and the fit is true to size. I definitely recommend these glasses to people who are outdoor enthusiast.

Alright, let me tell you about my love affair with the Smith Riptide sunglasses. These bad boys are like the James Bond of eyewear—sleek, stylish, and ready to save the day from pesky UV rays. They make colors pop like I’m living in a Pixar movie, and the glare-cutting polarization is so good I could stare at a lake on a sunny day and not squint like I’m trying to solve a math problem in my head. Plus, they’re scratch-resistant, which is great because I have the coordination of a drunk giraffe and tend to drop things. The Italian-made bio-based frames? Oh, they’re lighter than my excuses for skipping leg day, and the spring hinges hug my head like a clingy koala. I’ve worn these while biking, running, and pretending I know how to fish, and they stay put thanks to those Megol nose pads—grippy little heroes that laugh in the face of sweat. Now, I’ve read some folks whining about smudges on the lenses, but come on, Karen, it’s sunglasses, not a self-cleaning spaceship. A quick wipe with the included microfiber pouch, and they’re clearer than my grandma’s crystal ball. At $205-$255, they’re not cheap, but neither is looking this cool while dodging sunburned eyeballs. In short, the Smith Riptides are the best thing to happen to my face since I grew this questionable mustache. If you want shades that make you feel like a rockstar while keeping your vision sharper than a stand-up comedian’s wit, these are the ones. Five stars, Smith. You nailed it.

Love the fit and style.

Love the sleek look with gold tinted lenses. Full coverage of the eyes cuts down on the sun coming in from the sides. Light weight is a nice quality to have when on the water all day.

Had a pair of SMITH ANDROS ( my favourite sunglasses) that broke. SMITH doesn’t offer repair services…pity. This forced me to buy some new glasses…. RIPTIDE

All the information I needed was easy to find

Good quality glasses. They claim to be a medium/large fit. The coverage of the lenses are great and good clarity. My only gripe is the nose piece is narrow for a medium/large fit.
