Shift MAG - Past Season

Love these sunglasses! I wear them all the time, not just mountain biking. They are comfortable and durable. Exactly what I expect from Smith.

Finally made the jump to "big" glasses after not doing so for years. Very light and comfortable and look pretty good to boot.

These are just the sunglasses I was looking for. They are great for early morning and late evening mountain bike rides as they adjust with the light.

I use these for riding mtb to gravel to road. They fit well, and the photochromic transition lenses are great for rides where you’re moving between tree cover and full sun.

Great frames, great lens, great set of clear lens. Protected packaging and a sleeve. What more can you ask?

Wether snowboarding in sunny conditions or weaving single track through variable light, the PhotoChromic len gets it right. Shift Mag coverage provides good protection from wind and debris that might be kicked up. And the fit is secure without being too tight on the temples. I ve owned dozens of smith sunglasses over the years and the Mag Shift is a new favorite.

Best looking running shades on the market

Love these things, just one bummer issue I had. The lens change uses two little patches that are magnetic. Within the first two days of using them, one side on the magnet pulled out of the frame,a making the closure not really work. This happened on the other side as well about 2 days later. I was able to fix them by supergluing the magnets back in, but it was tricky to do this and not what I’d expect from high end sunglasses. Otherwise though, they’ve been great, use them almost daily while mountain biking, keep the dust and mud out of your eyes!

They fit well and the design allows airflow to vent for fog properly but doesn’t affect my vision (no dry eyes here).

Easy to change lenses, giving infinite options depending on conditions. Oh, and look cool!

Very good product and I love the possibilty to change the lens. Only one thing: the lens is little bit more transparent to how is the image but I think it is due to my monitor brightness

My boyfriend loves it, never stop talking about it every after used! He said it never strain his eyes compare with other glasses he had. We highly recommend it!

Overall, a great product, quality, lens, and color. Only slightly dissatisfied with the size, I have a medium sized face and was expecting more coverage.

Over the past 20 years, I haven't owned a pair of Smith Sunglasses I haven't felt confident in. This time around, I got the photochromatic lens and it's been great. They breathe well. I sweat a lot and don't have a problem with fogging up unless I'm riding hard while it's cold out and I stop at a street light for a bit. The brand stands behind their products, and that's worth the price of admission.

Great helmet. Excellent size adjustment to wear cap or headband in cold weather. Looks great as well.

Great quality and light-weight sunglass. The Shift MAGS are not as wide as I expected but SMITH is a reputable, great-quality eyewear company and I received a great discount so I'm keeping the sunnies.

Functionality is amazing along with the build quality, optics are top notch, fit is dialed and doesn’t move around on your face. The complete package for what I needed them to do.

Great sunglasses!

Great for outdoor activities. The lower frame seems a little flimsy and I have had issues with the lens staying in the track. This is minor and has not effected the function of the glasses during activities.

I got these with a partial credit from Smith for warranty when my old out of production glasses broke from normal usage. These are great at speed, and are nice with a helmet or ball cap, without out a visor on their own the sun finds its way behind them causing reflections. Sadly now left with many useless sets of old lenses for the previous glasses

Purchased for trail running and backcountry skiing. Great functionality. Fit perfectly on a medium sized head.
