No warranty response -disappointed

"I loved my Storm Rose Flash lenses for low light but the everyday rose gold had a reflection on the frame into my field of vision which made them unusable. Also, the strap ripped away from the frame after only two seasons of wear and Smith has not responded to my warranty submission. I’ve tried twice and have waited over two weeks to hear back from them with no reply. I expected better from Smith especially at this price point!"

Nose gap

"Seem like great goggles but somehow I keep buying the wrong size?? I bought the regular Smith Mag’s last winter and they were too big. There was a gap between my nose and the goggles. No problem. I bought the smaller size. They just arrived and I try them on and I have the same issue. I don’t have a low bridge and have never bought goggles or glasses according to that (because, again, I do not have a low nose bridge). But maybe thats what I need to do here for a proper fit? It’s so weird. I had a pair of cheap smith goggles for years and the fit was just fine. Not sure what happened here with design."

Sweet Style Even Better Function

"4D Mags are the best goggles on the market. This is my second pair. Love the increased field of vision over other goggles and that there are so many styles to choose from. Matched perfectly with the new helmet. The low and high light lenses have me feeling prepped for all conditions. Add in quick shipping and I am absolutely stoked with these!"

Love magnetic function, comfort & lens color not as expected

"I love the ease of changing lenses with this product. Comfort is just OK, the facial padding is a little rough. The lens I ordered appeared to be a full sun, full mirrored appearance. It was more transparent than I hoped."

The strap was sticky leaving

"The strap was sticky leaving a film on the helmet and the frame broke where it locks in the lens. I tried to get them warrantied but the process took too long and I threw them away before knowing I had to go through the warranty process. Big waste of money and time"
