Description

The Squad XL is Smith's largest cylindrical goggle. The massive cylindrical lens is made from molded carbonic-x material so it’s tough, but still has Fog-X technology and ChromaPop™ lens innovation for crystal clear vision. The oversized semi-rimless frame is matched with a new, larger strap; complete with fully integrated strap connection point that delivers the function you need without extra moving parts. Essential technology and maxed out size ideal for the best days of riding.

Low Bridge and Photochromic

"I am a medium-sized woman and was initially hesitant to get the XL, but the low nose bridge and photochromic lenses are what drew me in. And they were on sale, the price was too good to pass up. I'd looked for reviews and pictures of how these goggles look on others and glad I bought them. It's oversized but not too big on me. Honestly they look really cool as oversized goggles are still a trend."

great vision!

"I bought the low bridge as I have a ""low bridge"" but I do feel like they are meant for NO bridge noses. My sinuses feel quite blocked when I wear them but i am learning to breathe through it. Might try to exchange for regular fit. Otherwise goggle is very great. Large and sturdy and well made. The lenses are VERY HARD to change over so I will not be doing it very often, and I am just hoping I don't break them in the process. I couldn't find any instructions on the Smith website for changing them but found lots of YouTube help videos so I could assure I was doing it right."

Great Goggles for a "Flat Face"

"I've had the hardest time with goggles. Being Asian, it is hard to find things in the outdoor industry that fit my face properly. So far, I love these goggles! They might be a little big big on my face, but they create a great seal and had no air entering through a gap over the bridge of my nose. I used to have the I/O Mags and when I compared the curve of the two it was huge. The I/O Mags have a curve closer to a ""C"" shape where the Squads have a more ""("" type curve. Hopefully this review will help someone else in my situation, because I know it was near impossible to find any reviews from an Asian/flatter face perspective."

Great goggle

"Great goggles with great lenses. Chroma-pop lenses are awesome. Great comfortable fit."

Major design flaw

"I purchased the squad xl and the silicon strip has left silicon EVERYWHERE. It has destroyed my helmet and you cannot switch lenses without covering your hands with it. I’m extremely disappointed that you guys would sell this. I have been using smith for over 30 years and this goggle is awful."
