"Had this helmet a couple years. Love this helmet. The coverage is excellent without interfering with comfort or earbuds. It could be warm for some, but I just haven't found that to be an issue. Good ventilation. Upon buying I did need to downsize from large to medium. It fits perfectly."

"It took me quite a bit of time to find a helmet for skateboard and BMX that I’d be really happy with, among the wash of other brands. This Smith Express model is the one! By far it’s the best looking (especially in neon yellow) and it’s affordable. The barebones model doesn’t feel as solid as other dedicated skate helmets I used to own, since this one is mostly orientated at cycling, so you may want to look at the MIPS edition if you want a better protective feeling. This one is lightweight, though, and works well for carrying around tied to my skate trucks with the board attached to a backpack. Bonus points for the scroll-wheel adjustable band for best fit. Oh, I did have to tie some sort of rubber clip/wrap along the chin strap to prevent it from flapping around because it is loooong… Overall this helmet suits my needs and looks the part, and I’m happy with my purchase."
