Finally a Good Fit!

"Loved my previous Smith helmet but it was overdue for replacement. I had tried numerous times over the last two years to get a MIPS helmet but none fit well on my round head. Stumbled across the level model and it is a great fit for me and has the brim I wanted to help deflect sun off my face. Have not tried it out on the slopes yet as season is over but am hopeful I am impressed next ski season!"

Nothing Good About It

"My 13 year old son hates this helmet. Every time he hits even the smallest bump (not even a jump) the adjuster dial slips and the helmet gets way too big for him. This started happening about a month or two after he got it last season. We are looking into submitting it as a warranty issue. He also dislikes it because it has too many vents and some that can't be closed. He skis fast and does tricks. When he crashes, the vents completely fill with snow. He doesn't use the pockets for the ear buds either because he can't hear the music when he's going fast because you place the ear buds BEHIND the padding so the sound has to go through the padding to get to your ears which doesn't work very well. He wants a completely different helmet because the only thing good about this one is it's looks. Crash protection doesn't work because the adjuster doesn't hold."
