Flimzy

"I had to order replacement lense due to successive ungluing of corner mount which in m’y opinion should not have occurred on a 250$ sunglass. I was always very carefull when mounting the side stems but after a year the mounts just came off."

Does not get dark enough

"This was a replacement for a cracked lens. I bought the Photochromic in order to be able to have it adjust to different light conditions, but it turns out it doesn't get dark enough to provide comfortable viewing in full sunlight. So it's back to good old black."

Very disappointed dream

"I bought the Ruckus sunglasses, came with the day lens and evening lens. Really did love these sunglasses better than Oakley. One big problem! I lost the nose piece and they told me they cannot be replaced therefore my expensive sunglasses are worthless. Before you buy anything from Smith make sure replacement parts like a simple nose piece is replaceable. I know I can't believe it myself but it's true."

Nice optics, serious design flaws and not durable

"The ease of changing lenses seems like a good idea, but on my pair the temple piece can disconnect very easily from the glasses when putting them in a cycling helmet - I've dropped them as they came apart while riding before. More seriously, after two years of weekend warrior use, the glasses broke where the temple meets the lens - there appears to be only a very small 'nub' where they attach and despite being gentle with these this is unacceptable. I would not buy any of their designs where there is only one point of contact like the Ruckus. Happy customer of Smith skiing helmets and goggles, but these glasses are very disappointing given how sparingly I used them."
