A great looking helmet. Comfortable, easy to adjust, well made and no doubt safer than all other helmets I've owned. It looks good without being "nerdy". I hear this a lot and it actually keeps people from wearing bike helmets so I'm pleased to report that these won't make you feel that way. Built in flashing back light is a great touch if you have to bike in dark conditions.

We recently purchased E-bikes and spent a good deal of time researching helmets. Our search led us to the Dispatch, which has several certifications relevant to E-bikes (NTA-8776, CPSC, CE EN 1078 and AS/NZS263). Some reviews mention the light not staying clipped to the back of the helmet or the straps not staying in place. These issues are not a priority for us. I expect to readjust the straps every time I put on a helmet and I have other tail lights/reflective devices on my bike. I haven't used my helmet light yet but will keep other reviews in mind when I do.

I love my helmet. However, as has apparently happened to others, the light broke off because the plastic snapped where it connects to the helmet. I can't seem to find any way to order a replacement light. Customer service hasn't responded to voice message, awaiting a response to an online email/support message I just sent.

I bought this helmet through Amazon. I love the helmet but it did not include the taillight.

I was looking high and low for this helmet. Everywhere I looked had the Dispatch helmet, but not in my size ( L ). Then finally through a Google search, I found it online at store called Boarderline Insanity in my size. Brand new with everything in the box. Thank you to the team at Boarderline Insanity. 🙏🏾

They are super comfy, easy to size, and have all of the safety ratings I was looking for in a helmet to wear when riding an e-scooter. I’ve had mine for about seven months. I love them (I bought one in every size). They all fit as expected.

Great helmet! Fits well and secure. It’s comfortable. Light works well. Easy to use magnetic clasp. Would buy again!

Wonderful helmet have not had lot of experience with it yet, but great fit, with MIPS, style and magnetic chin strap clip.. fantastic!! And a light on back of helmet!!

This helmet is fairly enclosed and very protective. I really liked the way the strap connected and the adjustability of the helmet. Unfortunately, I returned this helmet due to my head size being on the cusp of small/med. My other Smith helmet is a small, but this one was not a good fit for me in a small. I liked the rechargeable light feature available on this model.

And super stylish! The buckle took a second to get used to though.

Got 2 dispatch helmets because their safety features include Mips, NTA-8776 standard specifically. SUPER LIGHTWEIGHT. Every other feature and looks were extra. Love the fuller helmet and strategic vents, the lights and its 3 options for better road visibility. Use it riding an e-bike along with cars that ranging speeds of 15-55mph. I feel much better having on my head just because of the environment and my speed. This was one of the few good looking, feature-rich, LIGHTWEIGHT helmets that comes from a reputable company. I wasn’t messing around with just any seller on Amazon.

I wore my orange Smith Dispatch with joy. I particularly liked the light on the rear. The more lights on a bicycle or bicyclist the more visible the bicyclist is to motor vehicle operators. It is light in weight and comfortable. Apparently the MIPS system is the basis for the light weight & ultimate protection of my brains.

Comfortable, safe, Built in light works for hours. Magnetic strap took a little getting used to.

A great hemet, comfortable, light and best of all rated for E-Bike use for safety. The helmet clasp is very easy to buckle and unbuckle. The rear light attachment works great a is very visable.

I recently ordered the Dispatch so I could have a rear light on my helmet for additional visibility when commuting by bike at night. In either of the two flashing modes, the battery lasts long enough that I only have to charge it once a week. The helmet is also quite comfortable and has become my go-to helmet for longer weekend fitness rides.

The best helmet I've ever used. Is there some way to attach a front light?

Very comfortable, super adjustable, with good airflow. I wear a beanie underneath during frosty rides. A bit bulkier than a normal helmet, but I appreciate the extra melon coverage riding an e-bike. Added bonus is the light on the back which has good battery life and adds to the safety.

This looks great and fits my 'retro' style while riding with my family.

I bought a Dispatch Helmet for my commute to work on an e-bike and I wanted a helmet with a rear light. I like the helmet so much that I bought two more for my fellow commuters in the office.

I am an avid ebike rider and rode without a helmet. I was aware of the danger, having worked in funeral service for over 50 years. Common sense caught up with me and I purchased the black helmet and use it religiously. I have s tdd rated riding commuter roadways and bought the poppy color helmet for visibility in fast moving traffic. I feel really safe with these helmets. Only downside is that the poppy one has a backlight issue and does not work. Not a huge issue, but worth noting. I just switch the light between the two.

I am happy how this helmet git mea And most inportant factor to desure was safty.

Very happy with my purchase of the Dispatch bike helmet...fit is great, and it is certainly more visible than my old black one (I got the orange model)...I like that it is e-bike rated as well and the rear light is a bonus.

I like the bright colour, the magnetic buckle and the rear light.

I really like this helmet. Fits my head well and the latch is ingenious. I like that no sun gets through so I don’t have to wear a skullcap and yet it still stays cool when riding. I have enjoyed this helmet enough that I don’t mind putting one on to ride.
