Clear Lens Is A Must Have

"This ski season has had mostly cloudy and snowy days. Therefore, I tried the set of clear lenses for skiing. The difference is amazing. Now I have crisp visibility and better edge definition. Plus, the interchangeable lenses were affordable. A HUGE must-have for anyone hitting the slopes."

Warranty Item

"Received a warranty replacement low light lens for my I/O Mag. Response was fast. Couldn’t be more pleased with Smith standing behind their product"

Don't get light enough for cloudy days

"I love these when it's nice out, but even on a bluebird day in the late afternoon shadows I couldn't see well enough and had to take them off. Maybe it's me and my old eyes, but I'd rather wear Storm lenses on a Sunny day and be a little blinded at times, than these on a cloud day and be blind at times."

customer support is disappointing

"I ordered clear replacement lens. Got what i ordered but was not aware that the new lenses will not fit pre 2020 I/O mag frames which is what i have. This platform had been great. Was looking for clear lenses for full moon skins. I contacted smith via website contact form about this 8 days ago and no response on what to do. Exchange/Return/etc. Since there is a 30 day return i'm waiting for now but otherwise i have lenses that don't fit my frames and the Smith Optics company that isn't communicating with me. I got an automated "Review Product" before customer service responded to me."

DEpendable, durable

"I have been wearing Smith Goggles and sunglasses as a patroller for 34 years. Good equipment is essential if not critical. I know I can depend of Smith products to hold up. If for some reason you have a problem they stand behind their products and solve your problem promptly."

Does not fit Original I/O Mag

"TLDR. Inaccurate listing. Unable to return. Zero response from customer support. Buyer beware. There is no indication on this page about this, so we're writing a review to warn other customers. This lens was purchased as an X-mas gift; however, it appears the I/O Mag goggle design has changed, but there is no indication of this on the website or listing. What's worse, is the lens pictured above, is the ORIGINAL lens which has 8 magnets clearly visible. The current lens design appears to have 7 (at least that's what's on the lens we received). We opened a customer support ticket immediately (in mid Dec) to return the lens and resolve this because there was not a return option that did not require us to have to pay additional shipping and also not be refunded the original expensive shipping when we did not receive the correct product pictured above in the first place. We have followed up again in Jan after no response and have continued to be ignored by the SMITH customer support team. We're providing a review to warn other customers of our experience. Would give 0/5 if it was an option. Buyer Beware!"

Lens Classification: ST, SN, EV

"I love these goggles and would like to buy new lenses. Here is my issue: Why do you not show which goggles are ST, SN, or EV on your website? Sure, you can mostly tell by looking at them, but guessing wrong is a $160 dollar mistake and a delay in getting the lens you need. Can you change this? Should be a no brainer fix."

"Great customer service"

Disappointed in the lack of response from CS

"I ordered a clear replacement lens 2 weeks ago and it arrived damaged/defective. I have tried to contact Smith in every way possible (emailing customer service, putting in a warranty request, and calling the customer service number) and have not received any contact back in any way. I do not wish to pay the $10 to return the item considering it came damaged and I would never return it if it was in good condition. Historically Smith has been very good with warranty claims and has a great product which is why I keep purchasing, but I'm really disappointed at the moment."
