Received defective

"I believe I received a defective pair. Upon wearing it the first time, the goggle fogged up in between the lens withing the first two hours. When I took the lens off, I noticed there’s a weak spot in the foam where the lens are glued together. I contacted customer service and did not receive a response and now I’m stuck with the product. Also this did not fit my glasses as advertised. This product was defective and did not work. I trusted the brand name and I’m very dissapointed."

OTG Should Fit Over Glasses

"I was hopeful that Smith OTG Goggles would be properly designed to fit over the glasses without pressing them into my face. I was disappointed. I have relatively small glasses, not Aviators, so was surprised that these goggles barely had room for them and pressed them into my face. I checked the box and the fit was noted as Medium. Nothing on the Smith site mentioned the actual size or that there might be other sizes. I sent them back and was very annoyed that I had to pay return shipping."

"I’ve skied with my Sequence OTG goggles on multiple days on the mountain and they’ve been comfortable and fit well. I’ve used them both over my prescription eye glasses and without and the Sequence OTG goggles fit well. The lenses are good for sunny and low light days and I haven’t had an issue with fogging. I’m very satisfied."
