Blue Light Blocking Glasses

What are the benefits of blue light glasses?

Blue light glasses filter out a portion of the high-energy blue wavelengths put out by screens, potentially reducing eye strain, headaches, and even disrupted sleep.

Do blue light glasses really work?

Yes, many people find relief from eye fatigue and tension headaches when using blue light blocking glasses. By limiting exposure to certain wavelengths, the lenses may reduce eye strain you can often get from things like computer use, gaming, or scrolling on a phone.

When should you wear blue light blocking glasses?

Wear blue light blocking glasses any time you anticipate extended screen use—working at a computer, scrolling on your phone, or watching TV. They can also be helpful in the evening to help reduce the negative effects of artificial light on your sleep routine.
