To make a return, you will need your order number (leaving off the -01), email address, and billing postal code to start the online return process.

At this time, we do not offer return labels through our Canadian shipping partners. The cost of the return will be paid by you. You are free to choose any courier service through which to ship your return.

Please make sure to send the item(s) back with all original materials and include your order number inside the return box. 

Your return and refund will be processed quickly once the item is received at our Canadian warehouse.
