Smith Optics accepts returns for full-price online orders within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Full price and sales items can be returned and will be refunded to the original form of payment.
Orders placed through our Pro Program or other industry partners are not eligible for returns.
Please locate the order you'd like to return in your account history or if you checked out as a guest, you can click on the link below and enter the order number, and the billing postal code.
At this time, we do not offer return labels through our Canadian shipping partners. The cost of the return will be paid by you. You are free to choose any courier service through which to ship your return.
Please make sure to send the item(s) back with all original materials and include your order number inside the return box. We also advise keeping the tracking receipt for your records.
Your return and refund will be processed quickly once the item is received at our Canadian warehouse.
We do not process exchanges, so if you are wanting a different item, you can place your order online.
