If your PD is greater than 64 - single or right/OD + left/OS then the Smith Lab can not create your lenses. You will need to use a 3rd party. :-( I found that Lensabl can even handle the ESS/Oakley URx Prescription Insert with its nylon string for the lens. These are great inserts for your googles - no need to find OTG googles. I am able to get by with single vision. If you need progressive lenses then you will need to use a 3rd party.

I was concerned by some of the reviews but I am very happy with these. My highest correction is -3.25 and I have no problems with them having a fish bowl effect. They are easy for me to remove and install. No scratches. Really happy to have full shield sunglasses again! Ordered the lighter lens option and they don’t ride down.

My daughter absolutely loves these glasses, she wears them when she is pitching. The only bad thing I can say is that I can’t find the extra nose piece that comes with the set anywhere online.

I recently used these in Southern Utah for a riding/ dig trip. I pretty much wore these all day for digging and riding. I bought the Attack Max for my inserts and they worked well together. The only thing I don't like about this design, and this is due to years of wearing glasses and being ocd about cleaning my lenses, is the fact that it's very difficult to clean these on the fly. If I'm sweating a lot, which I do, profusely from my head, they get sweaty and dirty. Since the insert fits VERY snug within the frames, the only way to clean the frame lenses and prescription lenses is to completely remove the insert. Which can be a hassle on the trail. Other than that, I've had no issues with using these. They're functional and work well for MTB.
