only up to PD of 64 for Smith Lab

"If your PD is greater than 64 - single or right/OD + left/OS then the Smith Lab can not create your lenses. You will need to use a 3rd party. :-( I found that Lensabl can even handle the ESS/Oakley URx Prescription Insert with its nylon string for the lens. These are great inserts for your googles - no need to find OTG googles. I am able to get by with single vision. If you need progressive lenses then you will need to use a 3rd party."

PD has to be 64 or less, ODS4 not sold alone

"Changing my review to 1 star or less. Reason: If your PD is greater than 64 - single or right/OD + left/OS then the Smith Lab can not create your lenses - your order errors out. Smith does not now sell ODS4 without a prescription - Thank you for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, we do not sell prescription (Rx) frames separately, this includes the ODS adaptors. We currently offer our Rx frames exclusively as part of a complete eyewear package, which includes the lenses and frames together."

Terrible product

"No idea how people are giving these things 5 stars. Problem 1: the RX insert rubs against the inside of the sunglasses. Problem 2: you have to bend the RX frames to match the curve of the sunglasses for them to fit. Because of this you are looking through the lenses at a steep angle and it makes everything blurry and adds a fishbowl effect. This is the single worst piece of prescription eyewear I've ever used. Will be returning immediately."

Prescription insert

"I was concerned by some of the reviews but I am very happy with these. My highest correction is -3. 25 and I have no problems with them having a fish bowl effect. They are easy for me to remove and install. No scratches. Really happy to have full shield sunglasses again! Ordered the lighter lens option and they don’t ride down."

Adaptive Rx for all trail light conditions

"Loving the adaptor for the Ruckus as it allows me to switch lenses and maintain my distance Rx. It just took a while to find an optometrist to properly fill my neural lens Rx, but the wait was worth it!"

Ladislav K. (5/5)

The curve creates depth perception problems.

"I love being able to put my prescription inside my ridng glasses However I seem to end up with depth perception problems due to the forced curving of the insert. I really wanted this to work because I have very dry eyes and I need to prevent exposurr to wind and sun on my eyes. The depth perception issue definitely affects my comfort on trails with exposure and even on the road. . The full coverage is a bonus and I'm hoping that there is also a polarized lens to add to add to my collection."

Eris Garcia

"My daughter absolutely loves these glasses, she wears them when she is pitching. The only bad thing I can say is that I can’t find the extra nose piece that comes with the set anywhere online."

Easy install. I wish they

"Easy install. I wish they where winder, but they work well."

Sandro C. (5/5)

Nice prescription insert

"The shape of these are much better than the ones I have on my Pivlock V2 Max. Same prescription but much better clarity. Nosepiece is part of the lens so will see how that works out when changing lens colors. Nosepiece is much softer than my other ones so is easier to put in and take out."

Don S. (5/5)

Great concept, very expensive mistake

"It ended up being an expensive mistake for me. The adaptor made my Flywheel sunglasses heavy so they keep slipping off my nose. Especially for gravel descend or hot summer days when you sweat a lot, it is a nightmare. The adaptor also scratches the lenses of sunglasses where it touches on periphery. It is also very difficult to clean. When you take adaptor off, you make new scratches. If you don't take the adaptor off and try to clean, you either don't clean well or make new scratches anyway. If I can go back in time, I would have bought an another pair of non-adaptor type prescription sunglasses."
