Emerge RX

I own several pairs of smith prescription sunglasses, but the emerge beats them all. I was impressed by the quality of the lens, the fit of the frame, and the presentation of the frames upon arrival. The emerge comes in a larger sunglasses protective case when compared to others I’ve ordered.

Perfect fit. My first pair of perscription smiths. I don’t know why I waited so long to do it.

Good glasses

Amazingly lightweight! Dark enough. Slight blue hue. Wish it was a little warmer but still highly satisfied!

For me, this frame represented a great combination of UV light blockage and everyday/everywhere style. Very light weight, comfortable, with killer Chromapop lenses.

I wear Rx sunglasses as a general rule since ditching contacts over a decade ago and have relied on high end brands like Maui Jim and Kaenon (both excellent, for sure). I was looking for an alternative and decided to try a Smith frame and in-house Rx. Very impressed: super lightweight, crisp Chromapop lenses, awesome fit. They stay on and I barely notice they are there. Price was much lower than expected and CS was informative and responsive. Couldn’t be happier. Wish I had found Smith years ago. I highly recommend the bronze lens for golf.

Great Look, Great Fit, stay on and in place during activities. Clarity is spectacular. Only disappointment is that I can't get Rx in Glass lens option.

I really like these glasses. They don’t slip off if I’m running or mountain biking. They’re fairly large so I get a lot of sun protection. They are great for every day sunglass for an active person. Plus I look awesome.

Unbelievable how clear my vision is now with these RX sunglasses! I love them.

These RX glasses fit comfortably, are light weight, and make it so much easier to spot fish. The color enhancement is amazing. Very happy with my purchase.

It's been a while since I've had a pair of Smith sunglasses. Can't explain why I left really, but after some Oakley and Spy RX sunglasses, I'm super happy with these Smith's.

The fit is good -- the sunglasses feel light for such large coverage. I'm still adapting to the progressive lens. I wish these were available in techlite glass so that I wouldn't have to be as worried about scratches.

I needed polarized prescription sunglasses. These smith sunglasses have been spot on.

Great new frames. Nice style, stays on well for sports. Feels like a medium fit, large coverage.

I have been wearing Smith Sun Glasses ever since they were based out of Ketchum Idaho. in the mid Nineties. These Emerge Rx are my second prescription glasses. The polarized Chroma Pop lens are great but when First put them on they just seem to be a little off for my prescription and bit fuzzy off in the distance. Mid range and closer the are good. I spend a lot of time fly fishing and the Emerge frames were not my first choice I wanted a wider temple like the Castaway and Guide Choice have, but these models were not compatible with my Prescription. Seems Smith could design a model with wider temples and smaller lenses to fit.

They look great, seem durable and provide excellent vision.
