Description

Whether your idea of fun involves a fly rod or a SUP board, these Smith sunglasses give you the unmatched clarity and secure fit for life on the water. Beneath the subtle cat-eye frames lie performance-driven details, such as a thick temple that blocks sunlight and polarized lenses that cut glare. To secure the fit, we added Megol pads at the nose and temples as well as spring hinges that self-adjust to your face. But the real kicker is our PivLock™ leash retainer. May you never lose another pair of shades to the waves.

Smith Optics proudly assembles select products in our Clearfield, Utah facility, part of a nearly 60-year commitment to expanding U.S. operations and innovation. Read more about Smith prescription eyewear.

Reviews

Love them

"Those glasses are just great. The volume of vision very pleasant. The color pop with contrast. For me as a guide glasses are a tool and they have to perform. Well they fully deserve all the compliments of a product well made."

Over the past few years

"Over the past few years I’ve purchased three pair of these glasses, changing each with a new Rx. I also ordered Rx sunglasses through my optometrist. No comparison, my vision with Smith sunglasses are by far more clear and crisp. They have my continued business."

Jane T. (5/5)

Pretty average

"I've had Smith sunglasses for a couple decades. These joyas are pretty average the lenses are a little bit loose so they make noise occasionally when the wind is blowing. The prescription seems good but the lens quality is not nearly what the old Chroma pop Plus Rose colored ones were. I've had a few pairs of the guides choice in a prescription and I wish I could have gone that way again but since you changed lens manufacturers apparently the pupil distance doesn't work for a regular set of frames for my needs. it's real shame. I'm considering looking elsewhere for my future prescription sunglass needs"

Todd M. (3/5)

Progressive lens is new to me :)

"Fit is great for smaller head/face, built-in retainer is functional. Bit of a learning curve with the Progressive lenses."

Peter J. (5/5)

Great optics

"I was hoping to get a pair of Guide sunglasses, but my prescription wouldn’t work with that style, so I got the Joya. I’m very happy with this style and the optics are amazing."

Jeff E. (5/5)

Joya RX

"Great product, great service. I realized after receiving the glasses that I'd rather have my progressive Rx. Emailed CS to get direction and they followed up immediately and the process was very user friendly."
