    • Look around your house or apartment complex to ensure the package wasn't misdelivered.​
    • Consult with roommates or housemates to inquire if they received the package on your behalf.
Reporting a Missing Package
    • If your package is missing for more than 72 hours after being marked as "delivered" and you have thoroughly checked your surroundings, please initiate a claim ​​​​​here.
