WARRANTY INFORMATION

 

PROCESSES NOTED ON THIS PAGE ARE FOR ECOMMERCE PURCHASES ONLY MADE THROUGH SMITHOPTICS.COM. ANY WARRANTY CLAIMS FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH A RETAIL STORE, WILL NEED TO BE RETURNED TO THE STORE WHERE THE ITEM WAS ORIGINALLY PURCHASED.


We built our reputation on quality and performance products and we stand behind it. If you experience a defect or lack of compliance in the Smith product you purchased, SMITH Optics warrants your sunglasses, goggles and helmets for 2 (two) years of delivery of the product, in accordance with all applicable laws. For complete information, please carefully check the applicable provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale that you are required to accept in order to complete your purchase (in particular Article 11) and/or contact our customer care service. If a Product is affected by a manufacturing defect or by any other alleged lack of conformity, the Client should immediately contact the online customer service, by e-mail at smitheu@smithoptics.com using the Warranty Claim Form

This warranty program covers your Smith product and applies to all types of manufacturing defects or failure within two (two) years of delivery date. The warranty program does not cover product that is lost, stolen, dropped, shattered, sat on, chewed by your pet or any other damage that is caused by the consumer. Please be advised that this warranty is for Authentic Smith Optics Eyewear and must be sold with authentic Smith lenses, frames and parts and not modified in any manner. Any alterations of lenses, frame parts or nose pads voids all warranties.

Instructions for processing a Warranty Claim:


1. To process your warranty claim, you must make prior contact to our customer service at smitheu@smithoptics.com using the Warranty Claim Form. A customer service representative will contact you to authorize the warranty return.
2. Once authorized, select your country of residence from below, open the hyperlink and print the label provided.
3. On the label, include your return address and if available, your original order number.
4. Affix label to the returned parcel and ship the package using preferred shipping method.
